Altimeter Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Altimeter app ("the app"), made by Furkan Özoğlu. By using the app you agree to them.

Licence

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which is part of these terms.

Readings are estimates

• Altitude, pressure, compass, location, weather and map information are estimates and can be wrong.
• Do not rely on the app for aviation, safety-critical navigation or any situation where an error could cause harm. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions.

Altimeter Pro

• Altimeter Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the app or its readings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may change the app, its features and these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
