Altimeter Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Altimeter app ("the app"), made by Furkan Özoğlu. By using the app you agree to them.

Use of the app

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Altitude, pressure, compass, location and map readings are estimates. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for safety-critical navigation, aviation or any situation where an error could cause harm.
You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and decisions.

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is part of these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Altimeter Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. Purchases are made through the App Store and managed with RevenueCat.
Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account.
A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that was offered earlier and is kept for people who already bought it.

Map data and photos shown in the app come from third parties and keep their own licences. Their attributions are shown in the app.
